Helen D. Schnorr passed away peacefully on September 4, 2020, just short of her 97th birthday.  She passed with the love and support of her family and friends.  Helen was predeceased by her parents Aristine and Martin Dodd, her husband of 59 years Dr. Robert Schnorr, her sisters Betty McAdo, Kay McMahon and Martha Sentiff and her brothers-in-law Loren McAdoo, Jack Tuttle, John McMahon and Gerald Evehart.

She is survived by her sisters Margaret Tuttle, Ruth Dodd and Jane Evehart and her brother-in-law Ross Sentiff.  Helen is also survived by thirteen nieces and nephews and their families and friends both here and in Canada.

Helen was born September 13, 1923 in Gates, NY.  Helen graduated from Brockport High School and the Rochester Business Institute.  After graduation, she worked for WHAM radio until her marriage to Robert on February 18, 1961.  She and Bob enjoyed family and friends, trips traveling the world and their second home in Poltimore, Quebec, Canada.  Helen had a wonderful sense of humor, complete with one liners, a twinkle in her eye and a warm smile.

Helen’s burial ceremony, officiated by the Reverend Margaret Scott, will take place September 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford, NY.  The ceremony will take place at the grave site, at which time both Helen and Bob will be buried together under the pine trees along the nature trail.
