Fairport: October 12, 2017. Predeceased by husbands, John O. Strowe and John E. Schubert; daughter, Mary Catherine Strowe; son-in-law, John Merz; granddaughter, Jennifer Strowe. She is survived by 4 sons and 1 daughter, Orin (Joan), Paul (Joan), Susan Merz, James (Suzanne) and John “Chip” (Kimberly Valentine); many grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Memorial Mass, Saturday October 21st, 10:30 AM at Church of the Resurrection, Fairport. Calling hours, Sunday October 22nd, 2-5 at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home, 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Road, Fairport (Egypt location). Donations may be made to the Advent House or Meals On Wheels in memory of Rita.
