Smith, Nancy Lou

Fairport: Age 75, passed away at home after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Nancy was born in Syracuse, NY, one of ten children. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard; her chil­dren, Christine O’Connor (Craig), Cathleen Fornof (Adam), Terri Jarzabek (Rob) & Terrance Julian Jr.; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Amy, Adam, Lindsay, Corynn, Nicholas, Jake, Robert & Cody; great-grandchildren, Charlotte & Isla; siblings, Michael Maker, Judy Mullen, Susan Dennis, Ron Meak­er, Art Meaker & Gail Odrzywolski. Also survived by 2 step-daughters, Kathleen Sposato & Carolyn Har­vey; step-son, R. Michael Smith; 5 step-grandchildren & numerous nieces & nephews; son-in-law, John Terranova. Predeceased by her daughter, Cynthia Terranova; siblings Patricia Madigan, Shel­don (Butch) Meaker and Timothy Meaker.
