Penfield: October 23, 2013, age 85. Predeceased by 7 brothers and sisters; Survived by her beloved husband, Donald Shannon
of 64 years; also survived by 7 children, Timothy (Liesi), Patrick, Thomas (Cathy), MaryAnne Shannon, Kathy (Gary) Schwingel, Peggy (Bill Eckhardt) Shannon, John (Grace); 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, William (Carlene) Caprio; 2 sisters, Patty (Jack) Porter, Betty (Brent) Myott; many nieces and nephews.

Anne spent decades serving on the Board of ARC, including 2 years as President, plus many committees. She volunteered
many years at the Garden Center at Highland Park. She was known for her tremendous sense of humor. She loved movies especially the classics. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was always first.
