Mrs. Rigney, Terry, Katie, Tricia and Johnny. What a pleasure it was to have known Mr. Rigney. We grew up in a pretty tight neighborhood. As I search my memory, nothing but fond memories are all I have of him. I occasionally drive through Mendon Ponds Park and immediately I remember him taking us there as kids. Somehow he convinced us to mow that huge yard in the Summer, rake an insane amount of leaves in the Fall and shovel snow from that long driveway. I’ll never forget the “Turkey Bowl” and all the time we spent playing in your yard. Your house was always open to us. Over the past few years, I enjoyed the banter over the creek. He had a good sense of humor. I will miss him.

Uncle John — always cheerful, smiling, interested, concerned and encouraging. I know you will be missed.
