Quick, Eldon C.

Fairport: June 29, 2014. Aged 91. Called to Heaven to join Eleanor. Grew up on Blaine St. in Hornell, NY. Lifelong Ham Radio Operator. Aurora Borealis fan. Knew Jesus Christ as his friend. Six foot two, handsome, notable. Smiled often. Grew up in the Great Depression…ate lots of potatoes. His mother made delicious cakes. Always
moved quickly. Worked in the area of radio and electronics at Westinghouse and for Monroe County. Rush United Methodist Church. God bless our nation, the Church
in the world, our family and our planet.

Eldon is predeceased by his wife, Eleanor Marie. Survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (David) Barnes; son, Lyman (Barbara) Quick; sister, Audrey (Harold) Dunn; grandchildren, David, Kenneth Malsegna, Lori Russell, Amy Crosby, Anne Verbridge; many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Our family is thankful for all the truly wonderful people who added their blessings to Eldon’s life.
