Pittinaro, Francis “Frank”

Fairport: February 13, 2016 at age 99 after an extended illness. Frank was predeceased by his wife of 40 years, Carmella. Survived by sons, Patrick (Deborah) Pittinaro and Frank (Terry) Pittinaro; 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Frank served in the 361st Infantry Regiment in WWII from November 13, 1941 to October 30, 1945. Born in Fairport, Frank was a devoted parishioner at the Church of the Assumption. He was owner and operator of Franks Shoe and Tack Repair Store in Victor, NY for over 30 years. Throughout his life, he was very active participant in many civic and community organizations.
