Overs, Sally Ann
Pittsford: Age 81. Longtime resident of Pittsford, NY and formerly York, NY died on Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Sally graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in Buffalo and had a perfectionists eye for color and design that served her well at Stickley Furniture of Victor, NY. Retiring after 21 1/2 years at age 76. She was predeceased in death by her parents, Francis and Anne Mehringer and her younger brother, Michael Mehringer. She is survived by her sister, Janice Vynorius; brother, Thomas Mehringer; 6 children, Cheryl Overs, Lauren Hunnicutt, Ronald “Chip” Overs, Jr., Gordon Overs, Ingrid Holmes and Audrey Anastasia.
She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; as well as cousins; nieces and nephews. Sally was a professional cake decorator and avid gardener. Her ethic of hard work and diligence was instilled in her children all of whom have grown to lead successful lives in their own right. Her quick wit and charm will always be remembered by her friends and family and she will be sadly missed by all.
A Funeral Mass will be at St. John of Rochester Catholic Church in Fairport, NY on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Noon.

So sorry to hear the news; I can only offer my sympathy at your loss. She raised a great family, and I hope you all find comfort in your memories of her life.
My deepest sympathies to Sally’s family, especially her children and siblings, my dear cousins, Jan and Tom, and Mike’s wife, Mary. I will remember her with love and gratitude. Sally was always so kind to my parents, June and George Gould. Papa was younger brother to her Mom, Ann Mehringer. My parents loved her and she loved them. We had many fun dinners and lunches together after they moved to the Rochester area, and good times over the years before that. Love and blessings to you Sally. I am grateful to have known you.
Our sympathies to the entire Overs Family. I appreciated the well written obituary speaking of your mothers strengths of hard work, diligence, and wit. She was also the glue and rudder, guiding a family to a better quality of life . Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
