Fairport: May 8, 2016 . Survived by parents, Mike and Mindy; sister, Hannah; brother, Keith; grandparents, Dale Morton and Theresa Schenk; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by grandparents, Patricia Morton, Ward Schenk and Joseph Mierzwa.
Calling hours, Friday 3-7 at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home (Egypt location), 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Road, Fairport. Teddy was a fun-loving and caring person who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He had the biggest heart, with the determination to help out a friend in need, no matter the time of day or night. Teddy spent most of his time outdoors, making frequent camping and fishing trips with his family and friends. The majority of his time growing up was spent on the Lacrosse fields of Fairport, which brought him lifelong friendships. When Teddy went to college on the coast of Maine, he loved spending time at the ocean and enjoying time with friends. Over the past few years, it was hard to find Teddy without his dog close behind. He rescued Achilles as a puppy, and despite being told that the dog would never be allowed in the house, Achilles found his place by Teddy’s side and in the family’s heart.

Dear Mindy and Family,
Teddy was a major part of my daughter’s Jillian’s high school years. He had spent countless hours at our house always being polite and courteous. He was always smiling and it warmed my heart. He just felt like part of our family. This is a devastating loss for any parent and my prayers go out to you and your family. Teddy bear will certainly be missed by all, including the Fenton Family. Rest in peace Teddy.

I am so sorry for your loss. Teddy was a breath of fresh air. He was kind and caring and made it a point to connect with everyone he met on a very personal level. He was so unique in that way.
