Rochester: May 22, 2015 at age 94. Predeceased by wife and mother of his children, Marion and wife Shirley; son-in-law, Ed. Survived by children, Anne Lavery, John (Lucy) and Patrick (Ann); grandchildren, Tim, Kathy, Michael, Colleen, Erin, Patrick, Kate and Maggie; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Jack was the President of Chapin Owen Co., an avid golfer and devoted family man.

Memorial Mass, June 1st, 10:30 AM at Resurrection Church, 63 Mason Rd., Fairport. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Ann’s Community (1500 Portland Ave.,Rochester,NY 14621;.
