Mance, Harold James “Bumps”
Perinton/Egypt: May 11, 2016. Survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Carlyn; his daughters, Melissa Mance (fiancé Shawn Every) and Mindy Mance; granddaughters, Hayleigh and Kayleigh; sisters, JoAnn (Bud) Reed, Sue Foreman (Ken Levere) and Cheri (Skip) Smith; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Bumps served 2 tours in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam. He was Past Chief of the Egypt Fire Dept.; Past Coordinate for the 3rd Battalion; member of the Perinton VFW Post.
Calling hours, Saturday, 3-7 PM at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home (Egypt location), 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Road, Fairport. Funeral Service, Sunday 1 PM at the Egypt Fire Hall. Sorry I will be out of town this weekend, I am bumming I will miss the service. You are in good hands now you are with God, he will take great care of you. So long buddy.
Bumps you will be missed deeply. From way back when you were my school bus driver to down at hunting camp you always made it a fun time with lots of laughs. Rest In Peace Bumps.
Bumps, I’ve known you since my teenage years. You were practically a second Father to me. I’m glad you can be at peace now and no longer suffering. Be sure to say Hi to Aunt Darlene and the rest of the family. Miss ya big guy.
