Jane graduated from LeMoyne College with a major in French, which she found very useful in her first job as a contracts administrator for Instruments for Cardiac Research (ICR). She taught herself Italian and particularly enjoyed working with international customers and making friends around the world. Jane continued her work at Squib and Space Labs in Seattle and finally at Rotork Controls in Gates for more than 20 years. Over the course of her career, she was best known for doing whatever it took to get the job done.
Her family would like to thank all of her dear friends who shared their love and laughter with her. You recognized her tender heart and became like family to her.
Anyone who knew Jane, knew she was ever faithful. Nothing got between her and her family. Friends were friends for life. All of her cats were named Solly. She continued to root for the Seattle Seahawks and couldn’t get enough of Perry Mason reruns.
Jane loved to have fun, and when she was laughing, we were all laughing. It wasn’t a birthday without one of her musical Hallmark cards, and she was always ready to brighten a party with a corny joke or acquired British accent. Jane was a woman of today, always up on quirky news and posting funny pictures to Facebook. She demanded nothing but the best customer service and made sure her own customers received nothing less. Jane appreciated Bob Hope’s sense of humor, Rochester sunshine, and a good glass of wine at the end of the day.
Jane, you were strong, determined, courageous, and loyal. We will miss you always.

Jane and I go back a long way. I remember when she first arrived at Rotork on Jetview Dr. Her car was being delivered off the flatbed. We instantly became friends not only at work but outside of work. Concerts, winery tours, company picnics & Christmas parties. Her favorite was us meeting for a good sushi meal every couple of months. She truly looked forward to that. I am so going to miss my dear friend Jane. Our long talks over the phone or sending Facebook messages all hours of the night. We enjoyed sharing information & pricing we received on work we were having done to our houses. My beautiful friend Jane always with a smile. I am so going to miss you but will always remember you for your vibrant personality & kind soul, or asking me “Is it Friday Yet?” Rest In Peace! ?

Jane and I met many years ago working at Spacelabs in Seattle. We hit it off right away and remained friends even though we live miles apart. Glad you were able to come visit last year and see the wild west. Rest in peace, you will be missed.
