Fairport: April 11, 2013 at age 64. Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and friends after a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She is survived by her husband Bruce, sons, Brian and Kevin, daughter-in-law Zaneb, brother Mike and mother-in-law Frieda.

Friends are welcome to call at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home, 7501 Pittsford-Palmyra Rd., Fairport (Eqypt location-Route 31) Tuesday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm Tues. 4/16. Her mass of christian burial will be celebrated Wed. 4/17 at 9:30 am at the Church of the Resurrection (Mason Rd) in Fairport. Entombment at White Haven Cemetery (Marsh Rd.). In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Pancreatic Cancer Assoc. of WNY (PCAWNY.org for info.)

    My sympathy, Bruce, on your loss. I was aware of Jody’s battle through my aunt, Marie LoRusso, who was your mom’s neighbor & friend on Merrick Street for many, many years. When you see your mom, please let her know that she is often in my thoughts. Needless to say, you and your children will be, as well. May happy memories sustain all of you.
