Survived by parents, Jennifer Collins, Edmund (Colleen) Dobrowski .Jr.; brother, Andrew (Allison) Dobrowski; sister, Abbey Hoagland; soul mate, Gina Gange; grandfather, Edward “Ted” Collins; step-mother, Roxanne Impaglia; aunts and uncles, Matt and Meg Collins, Sandra and Tony Mastrobattisto; many cousins and beloved friends. Predeceased by grandparents, Edmund Sr. and Florence Dobrowski and Janice M. Collins.

    I will forever be grateful to this wonderful young man for the love he gave my daughter. Jay showed us every day what it was like to be a kind and giving person. He will forever be missed as he was loved by so many.
