Diez, Pablo

Fairport: On March 13, 2014. Pablo died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 44 after a courageous battle with cancer. A thoughtful son, devoted father and loving husband Pablo is survived by his wife Deb, children Isabel and Alex, parents and two sisters.

Born in Spain, educated in the United States as a graduate of Turpin High School in Cincinnati and The Ohio State University in Columbus. GO BUCKS! Pablo was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy and a dedicated employee of Harris RF Communications. Humble and kind, inspirational on and off the soccer pitch, Pablo looked upon life as a gift to be both enjoyed and cherished. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held on March 22, 2014 at 11 am at St. John of Rochester Parish in Fairport, NY with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an educational fund set up for Pablo’s children at Summit Federal Credit Union Attn: Diez Educational Fund, 665 Moseley Road, Fairport, NY. 14450, checks made payable to Deb Diez or to his favorite charity, Pluta Cancer Center.
