My sympathies to Gary’s family. I had the privilege of going to FHS with him and our friendship continued after our schooling. He was a kind and gentle guy with a heart of gold. We shared lots of laughs and joys. No matter how much time past when we saw each other in Fairport it was like no time went by, we picked up where we left off. I too had a brain tumor (thankfully benign) at 18 years old and I recall Gary being a good friend to me. May God comfort all who knew him and his family. In Him, Lisa Laurro (Scottsdale, AZ)
