Penfield – January 5, 2018. Predeceased by loving husband of 54 years, Warren “Doc” Bills. Survived by son, David; daughter, Debbie (Larry) Monroe; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Calling hours, Friday January 26th, 4-7 at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home (Egypt location), 7501 Pittsford Palmyra Road, Fairport where a Service will immediately follow. Spring interment will be held at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Fairport. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Penfield Volunteer Fire Department or the Perinton Volunteer Ambulance Corp.
